Bei über 5 Personen: bitte schriftlich anmelden. (Vorauszahlung von CHF 20.-- / Person, Einzahlungsschein verlangen!). Ohne diese Vorauszahlung sind die Schlafplätze nicht garantiert. Quittung dieser Vorauszahlung mit auf die Hütte nehmen!

Reservation und Annulation:
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für Gruppen und Einzelpersonen

Eine Reservation ist sowohl in schriftlicher wie mündlicher Form verbindlich. Sie kommt erst durch Bestätigung der Hütte zustande. Mit jeder bestätigten Reservation treten die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Hütte in Kraft.

Absagen, Annullationen, Änderungen der Gruppengrösse und Reservation müssen vom Gast gemeldet werden, spätestens bis um 17 Uhr des Vortages der gebuchten Übernachtung. Für Gruppen ab einer von der Hütte festgelegten Personenzahl hat die Absage bis zum von der Hütte genannten Zeitpunkt zu erfolgen.

Nicht gemeldete und zu spät gemeldete Änderungen/Absagen der reservierten Plätze sowie Fernbleiben ohne Absage sind entschädigungspflichtig. Die Hütte ist berechtigt, den vollen Übernachtungs- und Verpflegungsbetrag in Rechnung zu stellen.

RESERVATION MANDATORY

For more than five people:  reservation should be made in writing (with a prepayment of CHF 20 per person.  Ask for a payment slip).  If the prepayment is not made, the sleeping places cannot be guaranteed. The receipt for the prepayment must be brought in the hut.

Reservation and cancellation:
General terms and conditions for groups and single person

Both written and verbal reservations are binding. They shall not come into force until confirmed by the hut. The General Terms and Conditions of the hut shall apply for every confirmed reservation.

Cancellations, changes to group sizes and reservations must be reported by the guest at the latest by 5.00 pm of the day before the night booked. For groups with over a certain number of people specified by the hut, any cancellation  must be made by the time stipulated by the hut.

Any changes/cancellations of the places booked which are not reported or are reported late, as well as no-shows without cancellation, are payable. The hut is entitled to invoice the full amount for the board and lodging.
